Youngers Table and Chairs

This teak dining set was made by A Younger in the 1960's and designed by John Herbert. Youngers were know for really good quality furniture and influenced by Scandinavian design.

The set has four chairs which are all in good condition, which i have replaced the seat pads, re covering them in fire retardant black vinyl, crib 5. They are a slightly later version of this original design as they added a stretcher to make them more stable than the first version. They are very comfortable, well proportioned chair with a lovely shape to the solid wood backs.

The dining table is a great size but unfortunately has some scratches and wear on the top and the centre leaf when opened is darker than the rest. I have more photos if needed. I'am happy to sell the chairs separately from the table.
