Mahogany piano stool made by Charles Baker

Lovely, turn of the century mahogany stool with claw and ball foot. Made by the Bath cabinet maker Charles Baker, both stamped and labled underneath. 

This Chippendale style stool is great quality. I have re upholstered it in a burnt orange and gold woven wool and hemp fabric with self piped edge. Height suggest it was made as a piano stool, but would also work at a dressing table or desk.

Slight gaps at the joins where the leg meets frame but in good condition and stable.
